This week, Amber and Jen are joined by Mistica and Melissa from SkinLaB for a hilarious and helpful conversation about skin health, aesthetic procedures, skincare myths, and why we all need to be de-influenced just a little bit. •A good quality vitamin C serum (Skinceuticals CE Ferulic is their favorite and is the most well-studied)
•Retinol (Skinbetter AlphaRet Overnight is a great place to start)
•Mineral SPF (any brand you like as long as it has zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide. Zinc percentage ideally should be 10% or more)
You can add in other active ingredients as needed depending on individual skin problems and goals, but this is the best place to start!
